Momma Knows Best

I have found myself caught in another love affair. This time, it's with painted floors. Pump the brakes, I know I'm speaking some old news right now, but this bandwagon just got a lot more fun because I have jumped on it. When I was younger, my momma painted our hardwood floors red and I thought she was nuts. However, momma stands true to her catchphrase-she always knows best. Thanks momma for introducing me to painted floors...it has only taken me about 14 years to appreciate them. Better late than never, right?

 This bathroom is just dreamy. I love how the zig-zag floors spice it up a lil bit.

 Mark my words. I am copying this floor. I'm thinking playroom for my unborn little boo-boos. Notice the stripe that is hardwood-I love what it does to break up the color.
